This service is driven by a client's needs and is customised using our gap analysis results.  Depending on the organisations' needs, this service is available as a stand-alone business development and improvement service, or as part of our enterprise development offering to our entrepreneurs.

While our focus remains on South African companies, we do provide services to their subsidiaries in the rest of Africa. The unique needs of our clients in the African continent demand customised technical service offerings.

Enterprise Development

Our enterprise development model identifies, nurtures and enables high potential entrepreneurs, with a particular emphasis on the development of black women owned businesses.  We support such business by connecting them with enterprise development funding or by assisting them to raise funding from other sources. These entrepreneurs receive coaching to ensure that their businesses grow and become profitable.  ED contributors are thus assured that their funds make an impact and help to foster the development of SME's.

 Business Coaching

We use the successful Cycle-of-Success Institute (COSi) coaching method, developed and tested by John Mautner.  COSi educates, empower and transforms businesses.
